Melted Herb Butter
Ingredients
- ½ cup (115 g) butter
- ¼ cup (60 ml) white wine
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon, zest finely grated
- 3 tbsp fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh chervil or flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the wine, green onion and lemon zest. Add the herbs. Season lightly with pepper.
