Basic cooking Method for Millet

- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) cold water
- 210 g (1 cup) hulled millet
- 1/2 tsp salt

- In a saucepan, bring the water, millet and salt to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes or until the millet grains are fully cooked but still slightly al dente. Drain.
