Basic Cooking Method for Kamut

- 750 ml (3 cups) cold water
- 200 g (1 cup) kamut
- 1/2 tsp salt

- In a saucepan, bring the water, kamut and salt to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the kamut grains are fully cooked but still al dente. Drain.
