Ingredients
- 1/2 recipe meatball stew (pork and sauce, separated)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced stale bread
- 1 turkey breast roast 4 lbs (1.8 kg) with or without the skin, untied (2 breast halves)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) white wine
- Salt and pepper
