Super Cool Burger
This extreme cheese-stuffed burger is also topped with a gooey cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, bacon and crunchy potato chips!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (100 g) orange cheddar, grated
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ½ cup (125 ml) unsweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (50 g) plain chips
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground pork
- 1 egg
- ½ cup (55 g) cheese curds
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, to taste
- 4 curly or iceburg lettuce leaves
- 4 large pickle slices
- 4 bacon slices, cooked
- 1 cup (25 g) plain chips
Instructions
- In a pot, off the heat, combine the cheese with the cornstarch. Add the milk and bring to a boil over medium heat while whisking until the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and keep warm.
