Steak Taco Salad
Taco ingredients transform into a tasty and satisfying salad. Composed of beef, lettuce, avocado, lime and corn chips, and topped with a dressing made of sour cream, feta and lime juice, dinner has been elevated to a whole other level. It’s a fresher version of a classic that everyone enjoys.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (120 g) feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 beef striploin steak, about ¾ lb (340 g), 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
- 1 tsp chili powder, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 4 cups (120 g) romaine lettuce leaves, torn
- 1 cup (150 g) radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, ripe but firm, diced
- ¾ cup (75 g) yellow corn chips, broken
- Cilantro leaves
- Lime wedges, for serving

- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with pepper.
