Ingredients
- 2 green onions, cut into pieces ½ inch (1 cm) long
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tsp marinated ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp (5 ml) rice vinegar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Sriracha
- 1 piece salmon or trout, about 6 oz (170 g), with or without skin
- 2 bok choy or 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
