Chorizo

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 lb (450 g) chorizo sausage, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) thick rounds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the chorizo for 2 minutes on each side. Add the fennel. Deglaze with the wine. Transfer to a serving bowl.
