Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) chorizo sausage, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) thick rounds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the chorizo for 2 minutes on each side. Add the fennel. Deglaze with the wine. Transfer to a serving bowl.
