Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) plum tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Place the tomatoes into a bowl and crush them with your hands.
- In a pot over medium-high heat, soften the garlic in the oil. Add the tomatoes, basil and oregano. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, covering with a splatter screen, as needed.
