Pizza All’uovo 



Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped 

  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped 

  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ball 1 lb (454 g) pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 can 19 oz (540 ml) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 8 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 jar 170 ml marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut into thin wedges 

  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper 




Instructions

  1. On the lowest rack of the oven, place a pizza stone or an upside down baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (500 °F).
