Open-Faced Sandwiches with Radish Butter and Ham
Ingredients
- 6 radishes
- ¼ cup (55 g) salted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 ml) prepared horseradish
- 1 small baguette, cut in half horizontally
- 6 thin slices white ham
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced on a mandoline
- 1 tbsp chives, cut into small pieces
- Radish leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Very finely grate the radishes. Squeeze dry in a clean dishcloth. Place in a bowl. Add the butter, chives and horseradish. Season with pepper and mix well.
