Mona’s Brisket
Ingredients
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 5 1/2 lb (2.5 kg) beef brisket (brisket point) covered all around by approximately 1/4-inch (1/2-cm) of fat (deckle)
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dry mustard
- Pepper
Instructions
- Scatter the onions on the bottom of a roasting pan or large baking dish. Set aside.
