Maple–Stout Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) stout
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 1 1/2 lb (675 g) skinless salmon fillet, cut crosswise into 4 pieces
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Slowly reduce until syrupy. Let cool partially and refrigerate until chilled.
