Maple Pork Medallions
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) chili powder
- 2 pork tenderloins cut into medallions 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine
- Salt and pepper
- 16 Spicy Maple Pecans, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass dish or a freezer bag large enough to hold the pork.
