Herbed Ricotta and Tomato Toast
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (175 g) ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs, finely chopped (basil, tarragon, chives)
- ½ lemon, zest finely grated
- 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
- 2 large slices country bread, toasted
- 2 large slices tomato
- Olive oil, for serving
- Fleur de sel, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Generously season with salt and pepper.
