Grilled Mussels with Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (20 g) fresh basil
- 1/2 cup (20 g) fresh chives
- 1/2 cup (20 g) cilantro
- 1/2 cup (20 g) flat-leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
- 2.2 lb (1 kg) mussels, scrubbed cleaned
- 4 to 6 slices loaf bread, toasted (optional)
