Green Pea and Fish Lasagna
Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 litre) frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) breadcrumbs
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 1/2 lbs (675 g) white fish fillets, cut into pieces if needed
- 2 cups (500 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the peas with the broth until smooth. Add broth, if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
