Tuna Tataki Skewers

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) mirin
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sriracha sauce
- 2 pieces tuna, about 1/2 lb (225 g) each
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Set aside.
