Crunchy Vegetables and Veggie Pâté Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 8 slices country or loaf bread
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) mayonnaise
- Veggie pâté, homemade or store-bought, sliced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cucumber, radishes and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Top with the veggie pâté. Garnish with the vegetables. Close the sandwiches.
