Cantonese Noodles with Sesame Fried Eggs
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) water
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) sesame oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 lb (340 g) Cantonese noodles (Chow Mein)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 5 green onions, halved lengthwise, then cut into 2-inch (5 cm) pieces, whites and greens separated
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups (190 g) bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Set aside.
