Vegan Coffee and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 ice cubes
- ¾ cup (180 ml) vanilla oat creamer
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cold espresso coffee
- 1 very ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) almond butter
- 1 pinch ground cardamom, plus more for serving
Instructions
- In a personal blender fitted with a grinding blade, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a large glass. Sprinkle with cardamom, if desired. Serve immediately.
