Strawberry-Chia Spread
Ingredients
- 1 cup (170 g) fresh strawberries, quartered
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp white chia seeds (see note)
Instructions
- In a small food processor or personal blender, purée the strawberries and sugar until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Pour into an airtight container or sterilized jar. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. The spread will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
