Raspberry and Almond Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (190 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup (125 ml) vegan almond yogurt, plain or fruit flavoured, plus more for serving
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegan almond beverage or water
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds, plus more for serving
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds, plus more for serving
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • Fresh raspberries, for serving
  • Roasted almonds, roughly chopped, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon into two bowls.
  2. Garnish each bowl with a few raspberries, a spoonful of vegan yogurt, flax seeds, hemp seeds and roasted almonds.
