Raspberry and Almond Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (190 g) frozen raspberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup (125 ml) vegan almond yogurt, plain or fruit flavoured, plus more for serving
- ¼ cup (60 ml) vegan almond beverage or water
- 2 tbsp flax seeds, plus more for serving
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds, plus more for serving
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey
- Fresh raspberries, for serving
- Roasted almonds, roughly chopped, for serving
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon into two bowls.
- Garnish each bowl with a few raspberries, a spoonful of vegan yogurt, flax seeds, hemp seeds and roasted almonds.
