Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (140 g) various frozen fruits (such as strawberries, mango, raspberries, etc.) or 1 banana
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or sugar
Instructions
- In the blending beaker of a hand blender, place all of the ingredients. Purée until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
