Chocolate and Pecan Spread
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter
- 8 oz (240 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 can 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 3 /4 cup (180 ml) toasted pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, while stirring. Remove from the heat, add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
