Bocadillos (Spanish-Style Sandwiches)
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, halved horizontally
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- Olive oil
- 5.5 oz (150 g) thinly sliced Serrano ham
- 5.5 oz (150 g) Manchego cheese, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Rub the inside of the bread with the tomato wedges, crushing them on the crumb. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
- Top with the ham and cheese. Close the sandwich. Cut into three or four sections.
