Baked Sausage with Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 4 to 6 Italian-style sausages
- 1/2 lb (225 g) green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 lb (225 g) snow peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 7 oz (200 g) fresh mozzarella, cut into wedges or sliced
- 20 leaves basil, roughly torn
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler.
- Lightly oil sausages, beans and peas on the baking sheet. Broil for 10 to 12 minutes or until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
