Asian-Style Steamed Salmon
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) orange juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) finely chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 skinless salmon steaks, about 6 oz (170 g) each
- 2 green onions, cut into 3-inch (7.5-cm) pieces and thinly sliced lengthwise
- Salt and pepper

- In a bowl or sealable bag, combine all the ingredients.
