Açai Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 packet (100 g) frozen açai purée (see note)
- 1/2 cup (65 g) frozen berries, of your choice
- 1/2 banana, cut into rounds and frozen
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) almond butter
- 2 tsp (10 ml) honey, plus more for serving
- 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh berries, of your choice
- 1 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, purée all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
