Maple Royal Icing
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup (165 g) icing sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
- The icing will keep for 3 days with plastic wrap directly on the surface at room temperature. Delicious with our potato doughnuts.
