Quick Yogurt and Strawberry Trifle
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 2 cups (500 ml) 10% strawberry yogurt
- 4 store-bought crunchy oatmeal cookies, crushed
- 4 fresh strawberries, quartered (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the strawberries and sugar until smooth.
- In four dessert cups or glasses, spoon a third of the strawberry sauce. Cover with half the yogurt. Add the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the cookie pieces. Finish with the remaining yogurt and some cookie crumbs. Garnish with the fresh strawberries and serve immediately.
