Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
- 2 cups (500 ml) 35% cream, hot
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) milk, hot
- 6 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
