Orange Crème Fraîche

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 ml) crème fraîche or clotted cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar (see note)
  • Grated zest of ½ orange

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with our Blueberry Scones.
