Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) gelatin
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cold water
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) 35% cream
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoons (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) gelatin
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cold water
- 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) puréed strawberries (about 300 g strawberries)
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) gelatin
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cold water
- 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 4 oz (115 g) dark chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk
Instructions
- Lightly oil a 23 x 13-cm (9 x 5-inch) or 1.5 litres (6 cups) glass loaf pan.
