Neapolitan Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cold water
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) 35% cream
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cold water
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
  • 1 cup (250 ml) puréed strawberries (about 300 g strawberries)
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cold water
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 4 oz (115 g) dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk

Instructions

  1. Lightly oil a 23 x 13-cm (9 x 5-inch) or 1.5 litres (6 cups) glass loaf pan.
