Melon, Raspberry and Mint Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 litre) honeydew melon balls
- 2 cups (500 ml) fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh mint
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently toss all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
