Maple Crème Caramel
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup (40 g) maple sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
Instructions
- On a work surface, place four 1-cup (250 ml) ramekins.
- In a pot, bring the sugar, maple syrup and corn syrup to a boil. Cook without stirring until an amber caramel forms. Divide the caramel among the ramekins. Let cool.
