Mango and Coconut Milk Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into brunoise (small dice)
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) gelatin
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold water
- 1 can 14 oz (398 ml) coconut milk
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
