Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 recipe Custard Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Add the sugar slowly, beating until stiff peaks form. Add the vanilla.
