Falafel Yoni’s Chocolate-Tahini Balls (Kadourei Chocolad)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (210 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup (140 g) sugar
- 1/3 cup (35 g) cocoa powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) tahini
- ½ cup (125 ml) water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- Multicoloured candy pearls or sprinkles
- Sesame seeds, lightly roasted
- Shredded coconut
- Pistachios, lightly roasted and crushed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Add the tahini, water and vanilla. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- With your hands, form balls using 2 tsp (10 ml) of the chocolate mixture for each one. Place the balls on the baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
