Ingredients
- 1 tsp unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chocolate milk
- 3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (see note)
- 3 tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) chocolate milk
Instructions
- In a 1 ½-cup (375 ml) coffee mug, combine the flour and 1 tsp (5 ml) of the chocolate milk until smooth. Add the remaining chocolate milk and mix well. Add the chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
