Chocolate–Almond Spread
Ingredients
- 3 oz (85 g) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (300 ml/11 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) almond butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) blanched almonds, toasted and crushed
Instructions
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Off the heat, whisk in the remaining ingredients.
- Store in an airtight sealed container at room temperature.
