«Cheesecake» Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cherry jam
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1/4 lb (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
- 4 graham crackers, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
- 6 wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the water and jam. Pour in six Popsicle moulds. Freeze for about 2 hours.
