Berry Gratin
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) apple juice
- 2 cups (500 ml) fresh berries (quartered strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
Instructions
- In a blender, purée raspberries with sugar until smooth. Strain. Refrigerate.
