Air Fryer Strawberry Crisp
Even though it has a summery feel, this recipe works great in any season. If you don’t have fresh strawberries on hand, simply use frozen ones. During baking, the strawberries get sweet and syrupy, and a crumble topping is added for a crunchy texture.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (350 g) fresh strawberries, sliced (see note)
- 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup (50 g) quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup (40 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (55 g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Divide the strawberry mixture among four 3/4-cup (180 ml) ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in the basket of an air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
