Ingredients

  • 4 oz (115 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) 0% plain Greek yogurt (see note)
  • 6 tbsp (60 g) pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp roasted pecans, chopped
  • Olive oil, for serving
  • Honey, for serving
  • Mint leaves, finely copped
  • Flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, crush the feta with the garlic using a fork. Add the yogurt. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Pour the dip into a shallow bowl, creating decorative waves on the surface with a spoon. Top with the pomegranate seeds and pecans. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Sprinkle with herbs. Serve with vegetable crudités and crackers, if desired.
