Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch (3-mm) slices
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Steak spices
Instructions
- Preheat the gas grill, setting the burners to low.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the olive oil, tossing to coat. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with steak spice.
- Serve with grilled meats, for example Grilled Strip Loin Steaks.
