Shrimp with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely diced fresh mango
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) seeded tomato cut into small dice
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) onion cut into small dice
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) virgin olive oil
- About 30 Nordic shrimp
- Salt and pepper
- Chives or chervil, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place at the bottom of porcelain wonton soup spoons or in medium-sized tablespoons. Garnish with chives or chervil.
