Quick and Easy Leftover Tartiflette
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (240 g) bacon, diced (approximately)
- 8 new potatoes, cooked, warm and halved (approximately)
- 1 1/2 cups (150 gl) local cheeses of your choice, chopped (approximately)
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven’s broiler.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly brown the bacon.
- Place the potatoes in an 8-inch (20 cm) baking dish. Top with the bacon and cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has lightly browned. Season with pepper. Serve with a green salad, if desired.
