- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 cups (200 g) marbled cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 block (125 g) cream cheese, softened and cubed
Instructions

- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly and scraping the bottom and sides of the pot. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
- Add both cheeses to the pot and whisk until melted. Reheat over low heat as needed, without letting the mixture boil.
- Pour into an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Spread it on crackers or serve as a dip with vegetables or breadsticks. Stir well before serving. The spread will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
