Green Salad with Herbs and Feta (Maroulosalata)

Ingredients

  • 8 cups (240 g) romaine hearts, thinly sliced
  • 7 oz (200 g) feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (20 g) dill, coarsely chopped
  • 6 tbsp (90 ml) olive oil (see note)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
