Green Salad with Herbs and Feta (Maroulosalata)
Ingredients
- 8 cups (240 g) romaine hearts, thinly sliced
- 7 oz (200 g) feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
- 1/2 cup (20 g) dill, coarsely chopped
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) olive oil (see note)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
